Inventory on your device

Freezer names, bins, food lots, dates, categories, labels, portion history, settings and optional photos are stored in the app’s private local storage. The app has no developer-operated account, backend, analytics, advertising or tracking SDK and does not transmit this inventory to the developer.

Photos and permissions

The system photo picker provides only the image you select. The app does not request broad photo-library access, camera access, location, contacts or notifications. Original JPEG/PNG bytes are retained, so photos may contain metadata from their source. Display thumbnails do not replace originals.

Exports and backups

You choose when to export a complete backup or share a PDF. Backups include all inventory and original photos. PDFs include selected records and only include label text or photos when you turn those options on. Review the preview and choose recipients carefully. Files saved to iCloud Drive or another provider are governed by that provider’s terms. iOS device backup may include app data according to your settings; that is separate from app-operated sync.

Purchases

Apple processes the paid app download. This app has no in-app purchase or subscription. The developer may receive Apple’s aggregate sales and account reports under the developer agreement, not your payment card information.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you include and use it to answer your request. Do not send private inventory or photos unless needed. This static website is hosted by Netlify, which processes requests and technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We add no analytics scripts, remote fonts, advertising or tracking cookies.

Control and deletion

Edit or delete individual lots in the app. Settings offers sample removal and permanent deletion of all local inventory plus the recovery copy. Export a backup before deletion or reinstalling. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted there.
